Hyper-V 2012 ODX Causes CSV Corruption During Storage Live Migrations
Not directly related to Exchange but I know a lot of you guys are working with Hyper-V deployments now. The bug below is generating a number of support calls and does result in total Loss of a Virtual Machine. This is impacting multiple storage arrays a fix is incoming but no ETA has been given yet, a work around is provided at the bottom.
Problem seen: Live Storage Migration from one CSV to another CSV. VMs .vhd’s corrupt. See Screenshot captured after a VM was Storage migrated. These VHDs cannot be accessed by a new VM configuration or even mounted in Disk management on the Parent. Please read further for Microsoft work around below.

Setting the ODX feature to disable. This stops ODX and Storage Live Migrations work fine.
